Eric P. Francisconi has been trying and winning cases in courts throughout California for nearly 25 years. He has extensive experience in cases pertaining to contracts, trade secrets/unfair competition, hospitality/hotels, fraud, fiduciary duties, probate litigation, real estate, employment, commercial landlord rights, matters concerning the rights and responsibilities of participants in corporations/LLCs/partnerships, construction defects, insurance bad faith, and municipal disputes.
